Following steps enable you to add some extra gadgets above your blogs header. which look like this. So first of all, before doing any changes "you must download and backup your blogger template"

► Go to blogger dashboard                                      ► Select Template

► Select Backup / restore Template                    ► Download and save template in safe space

1) Go to Template from blogger dashboard

2) Select Edit HTML

And locate the following code in your template-

just click in HTML area and press (Ctrl + F) to find paste above complete code or a snippet of code to find.

Now replace this code with the code given below-

here you can see that we have made two main changes

A) we set maxwidget greater than 1. Here you can add 2,3 or 4 as many as you like. As I only want to show 2 gadget above header I added maxwidgets=3

B) We have changed showaddelement=yes instead of no

3) Click on 'Preview' button at the bottom. So that you can check weather you have correctly changed the code. If there is any error then undo all changes by clicking on 'Clear edits' and foll above steps again.
